biggest HITS of the year! Such a powerful, taut, spellbinding trailer!
All thanks to the vision of maverick director Kabir Khan, we seem to have a power packed, fast-paced, taut action-thriller for this Eid!
The 90 seconds trailer opens with a mention on the violent political tension shared by India and Pakistan. The man who lends voice-over tells us about the unsung agents working for both the countries, ISI (Inter Service Intelligence) agents for Pakistan & RAW (Research & Analyzing Wing) agents for India. And then he dramatically utters the name of “Tiger” (Salman Khan), a RAW agent who shook the entire system with his extra ordinary courage. And there he comes… A handsome & deadly looking Salman, jumping off the window of a house.
Foot-tapping music, which is characteristic to Hollywood action films, and mind-blowing action follow next – and one can’t stop noticing the amazing editing in the trailer. Salman fights like a beast and the raw action includes fistfight, guns and swords! The brilliant mix of slow and fast paced action scenes make it thrilling to the core towards the end. Also, they have tried to stick to realistic action (unlike Salman’s other films like Dabangg, Wanted etc) akin to Bourne Ultimatum series.
Salman Khan, Yashraj films and Kabir Khan (director) delivered what they have promised us beforehand – a thrilling ride! The best thing about the trailer is that it managed to strike a balance between the subtlety and mass factor unlike Sriram Raghavan‘s Agent Vinod, which also dealt with the story of an Indian secret agent. We expect nothing less than an intense action-thriller from spy films – Yashraj is smart to have learned that lesson from Agent Vinod’s failure.
